ZenSpan

My interpretation for what a meditation timer on my phone should be. You can set a duration, set when interval sounds should play and that’s about it. The interval sound is a singing bowl to keep your focus on the meditation. To keep it from being monotonous, it plays a different recording every time. After the meditation, your session is logged with an emoji, which you can also see in a widget.

I wanted an app that could store QR codes and barcodes, but not do much else. The most important part for me was that I could put a QR code or barcode in a widget, to make it easily accessible from my iPhone home screen.

This started out as a webpage to show a minimal view of the articles from theverge.com. But since then it has progressed to showing content from Daring Fireball, Macrumors and this website.

Still a very minimal layout and shows which links are new since your last visit. I open this one quite regularly, but have no idea who else is actually visiting this site.
